What is EV-R Target System® and how does it work?

EV-R Target System® is the latest development in shooting range target systems. Based on the latest technology, it is designed to give shooters the best shooting experience. Using video gaming technology and a proprietary hit detection system, EV-R Target System® projects targets that react when hit. This provides the shooter with a full selection of targets and shooting games.

Are lasers or attachments needed for the hit detection?

No. The system detects the bullet as it passes through the specially-designed target medium.

Who is the age group that shoots at EV-R Target System® targets?

All age groups love to shoot at EV-R Target System®! This new and innovative target system will attract a new generation of shooters and entertain experienced ones as well. The user interface is easy to navigate for all age groups.

I am building a new range; how will this system help reduce my investment?

EV-R Target System® is able to simulate target distances to scale within the video technology. Therefore, a range owner can shorten the actual shooting distance, provide the shooter with realistic shooting scenarios, and reduce the footprint of the range. This reduces capital investment and related building/land needs.

What special accommodations must I build into my new range?

No special accommodations are needed. We can provide layout and installation options during the design phase of your new range.

I have an existing range, can EV-R Target System® be installed in it?

Yes. Our experienced staff will install this target system in your range with very little modification.

How is EV-R Target System® better than the old paper targets?

In many ways; this system will attract new customers and reinvigorate your existing customers. There are more revenue sources (see below) and the equipment won’t sustain damage from being hit by bullets.

How does the cost of EV-R Target System® compare to paper-target retrieval systems?

Even with the innovative technology we are able to keep the initial cost competitive with traditional paper target systems. You’ll generate more revenue and increase profits.

You say the target system resists bullet damage, how?

EV-R Target System® has no tracks that traditional paper target systems use to send paper targets down range. By “losing the tracks” we eliminate what is damaged. Also, there is only one component down range that is built so strong that pistol bullets won’t damage it.
