EV-R Target System®: How it Works as an Airsoft Target System

At Evolve Range Solutions, our EV-R Target System® consists of four core components: a tablet that holds the customer-facing interface, an innovative system that projects digital targets onto a screen in each lane, a hit detection system that provides immediate shot placement feedback, and a stand for holding the projection material where the digital targets are displayed.

When a shooter steps into their lane, they’ll start by keying in the pin assigned to them upon making their profile at purchase. From there, they’ll choose from a wide range of digital targets, airsoft simulator games, and training exercises. Once they’ve made their selections, the fun begins!

Our digital targets are programmed with unique reactions to effective shot placement, making for a more interactive shooting experience. At your range, shooters will also have the option to enjoy several different games, activities, and exercises that can both improve their shooting skills, as well as ensure that they have an entertaining time‌. Q: How do indoor airsoft gun pellets work with the EV-R Target System®?

A: The EV-R Target System® uses a wide range of all digital targets, shooting games, and training exercises, so paper targets are not used. The only down range component we use is built to resist pistol bullets, so it will also detect airsoft pellets.

Q: Are there any manual changes that need to be made to the EV-R Target System® when using pellets?

A: No, the EV-R Target System® can operate normally without the need for any system changes.
